Dosage and Intake
Take 3 × 10 drops (1.36 ml) daily.
The drops can be applied directly to the tongue or onto a teaspoon. Shake well before use. They can be taken before or after meals.
Important information: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with known intolerances to any of the ingredients. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Take 1-2 capsules as needed with or after a meal with a glass of water. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules.
