The DigeZyme® enzyme complex is obtained through the fermentation of naturally occurring microorganisms such as fungi and bacteria and is free of animal-derived components. It contains carefully selected enzymes such as alpha-amylase and lactase from Aspergillus oryzae , neutral protease from Bacillus subtilis, lipase from Rhizopus oryzae , and cellulase from Trichoderma longibrachiatum .
