MEASURING SCOOP DIET SHAKE
In the morning, add 5 scoops (60 g) of Diet Shake to your shaker
500 ML WATER
Add 500 ml of water or milk and the shaker ball

Whether you are aiming for a short-term regimen or want to replace or supplement a meal over the long term – our balanced formula offers flexible usage options to suit your personal needs and goals. Replace 1-2 meals daily as needed.
