Dosage and Intake
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but can also be taken at any other time.
If you have problems swallowing the capsule, you can carefully open it and stir the contents into either water or yoghurt.
Stir 3 slightly heaped mybacs® measuring spoons (equivalent to 32 g) into approx. 300 ml of water, milk, smoothie or a bowl daily and consume.
For optimal results, we recommend combining it with mybacs® bacterial cultures . However, the powder can also be taken independently and at any other time.
Important information: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, use should only be undertaken after consulting a doctor. Keep out of reach of small children. Gluten and lactose free.
