Dosage and Intake
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but you can also take it at any other time.
If you have problems swallowing the capsule, you can carefully open it and stir the contents into either water or yoghurt.
Take one sachet of Dailybacs® Kids daily before breakfast. Taking Dailybacs® Kids is child's play: simply open the sachet and pour the contents directly into your mouth. Alternatively, the contents can also be stirred into yoghurt or water.
The preparation can also be taken at another time without any problem.
Adults and adolescents aged 14 and over: 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 ml) once daily with 100 ml of still water.
Children from 6 years: half a tablespoon (approx. 5-7.5 ml) once daily with 50-100 ml of still water.
Children up to 6 years: as soon as they eat at the table, 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) once daily with 50 ml of still water.
