Dosage and Intake
Please shake well before use.
Recommended daily intake: 1 ampoule per day.
Beautybacs can be consumed either directly from the ampoule or diluted in juice or water. It is recommended to take the dose in the morning before breakfast.
Regular use is recommended for long-lasting results.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but can also be taken at any other time.
If you have problems swallowing the capsule, you can carefully open it and stir the contents into either water or yoghurt.
