Dosage and Intake
Please shake well before use.
Recommended daily intake: 1 ampoule per day.
Beautybacs can be taken directly from the ampoule or diluted in juice or water. It is recommended to take the dose in the morning before breakfast.
For lasting results, regular use is recommended.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Important notes: The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with a weakened immune system. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally on an empty stomach in the morning, but it can also be taken at another time without any problems.
If you have trouble swallowing the capsule, it can be carefully opened and the contents stirred into water or yogurt as an alternative.
